Motorola has been rumored to be launching the Moto Z2 and the Moto Z2 Force which are the next generation of the newly launched Moto Z series smartphones from the company. Last year, Motorola launched the Moto Z and the Moto Z Force which were the first phones from the company to be launched on the modular concept. The phone had magnetic hinges on the back which could be connected with the company’s Moto Mods. Going on this trend from Motorola, the Moto Z2 and the Moto Z2 Force are also launching later this year with the Modular concept as seen from the leaked images sometime ago. The phone has been known to be even-slimmer than the Moto Z which was already extremely slim at 8.7mm.
The Force edition from Motorola is sold in U.S as a Verizon-exclusive but we have been hearing about reports that this could be changing this time around. According to Evan Blass, a famous leakster who has been known for leaking about phones, the Moto Z2 Force will be coming to T-mobile as well this time.

We have also obtained some leaked renders of the Moto Z2 which suggest that the phone would be launching with the same design as that seen on the Moto Z. There could be improvements in the camera department and the fingerprint scanner has been redesigned from the square-shaped one to the pill shaped scanner as seen on the Moto G5 and the Moto G5 Plus. The Moto Z2 has been rumored to come with Snapdragon 835 as well. Other leaks of the phone suggest 5.5-inch Quad HD display, presence of a 3.5mm headset jack and dual-rear cameras. Stay tuned for more news on the Moto Z2 and Z2 Force as we know more.
