  6. Ok so i’m on the following stage:
I have a redmi note 3 32gb, model 2015617, I rooted the phone successfully. I downloaded all 3 files you told me, I installed the program and opened adb[that closes automatically in 1 second] the phone is already in usb debugging mode. I connect the phone to pc and when I type “adb devices” It doesnt find the phone, so I can’t continue to other stages.

Unlike other phones, I can’t go to recovery because when I choose from device to go to recovery it restarts and shows me a screen with a print of phone and asking me to connect to the pc, I connect and nothing happens, It already installed the drivers but I get no results, It doesn’t go into fast boot or recovery mode at all.
Also “fastboot devices” doesnt work because my phone has no recovery.

    HELP PLEASE.

    1. Maybe you have got a defective model. You must ask for a replacement. If this isn’t the case, once you have rooted your device, Download Rebooter App from playstore & grant root permissions to it. Now open the app & click on reboot to Fastboot/Bootloader. It will boot your device into fastboot mode, now follow the above procedures. Cheers!

  7. Thank you for your guide @Devs-Lab Staff , but I want to ask you something. I bought a Note 3 from vickmall and I am waiting for it to arrive. Everyone is saying that the bootloader is locked and we can’t install twrp or root etc. You think that with this code ” fastboot oem unlock” the bootloader will unlock just like that?

  8. Not working on the edition sold in mainland China, its bootloader is locked. You cannot get entry to recovery/fastboot. Maybe you are using a different edition?

      1. Both 16GB and 32GB.
Good news is that Xiaomi released official bootloader unlocker today, user will need to apply for the permission to unlock their device. The device will be marked as “unlocked” on their server permanently, there’s no going back, so they say.

  9. I have a Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 16GB Gold Edition, but I can’t run Recovery by twrp.img. Please!

    1. 1. Rename recovery name into update.zip
      2. Put the file into internal memory, then Install from updater (Settings>About Phone>update), choose twrp.zip or you can rename it first as update.zip then install from updater.
