Xiaomi launched the Xiaomi Mi6 on April 19 at an event in Beijing, China. The device has been launched as a sucessor to the Xiaomi Mi5 which was launched last year. Xiaomi Mi6 has been received well in the markets and the sales of the phone are about to start soon. The device has been launched in the four color variants, black, white, blue, and silver but the Chinese certification site TENAA shows that the Xiaomi Mi6 will come in 11 different color variants. This is going by the current trend of experimenting with different color options for the device like Matte Black variants or Rose Gold variants on some devices launched recently.

Other than the four colors that were launched during the Xiaomi Mi6 unveiling, there are other seven unannounced colors such as gold, gray, pink, champagne gold, dark gray, cherry blossom, and frosted black, which are likely to be China exclusive. And even out of these, some colors might be sold as limited editions.
As for the specifications of the phone, Xiaomi Mi 6 comes with a four-sided 3D glass design and features a 5.15-inch Full HD (1080p) display. The Mi 6 has glass on the front and back with a stainless steel frame in between. It is powered by a latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 64 bit octa-core processor clocked at 2.45GHz, which is clubbed with Adreno 540 GPU, 6GB of RAM, and 64GB/128GB of internal storage. The smartphone runs Android 7.1.1 Nougat operating system with MIUI 8 on top of it. The fingerprint scanner is placed in the front under the glass. Xiaomi Mi 6 is also splash-resistant, with the SIM tray also sealed against splashes.
