The Samsung Gear Fit 2 Pro is expected to come with an updated design. The wearable device will retain the curved AMOLED display found on it’s predecessor and will be powered by Samsung’s own Tizen OS. The new watch will come with certain new features like music playback capabilities and will support songs from Spotify.
Another headlining feature expected to come with the Gear Fit 2 Pro is the capability of withstanding 5 ATM pressure under water. This is equivalent to the depth of 50 metres. The smartwatch will also come with dust resistance.
The Gear Fit 2 will be available in small and large screen sizes and the specifications are expected to remain the same for both the configurations. It is worthy to note that the starting price of $199.99 corresponds to the smaller variant of the wearable.
