While the Chinese manufacturer is planning to launch its Flagship device soon, series of leaks just doesn’t end. The OnePlus 5 has leaked out in a completely new design similar to the design of Apple’s iPhone 7 Plus with the dual camera setup.
The new designs are hard to digest, but they surely follow OnePlus’s design concept. The OnePlus 3 and 3T had very similar design, like the iPhone 6 Plus. So, it’s no surprise the company would follow the same path. The image shows only the back of the device with dual camera horizontally (As it was leaked few days back). At the left, the design remains similar just like the OnePlus 3/3T. Similarly there has been no change at the right side holding the Power button and sim tray.
Update: This could be the OnePlus 5 in matte black and Purple colour.

Lately, the company has been teasing different components of its upcoming Flagship. Few days back we evenreported the OnePlus 5 would have 3300mAh battery which would take only 30mins for full charge.
This year we have seen companies launching their flagships with dual camera and the bezel-less design. While we’re yet not sure whether the OnePlus 5 would follow the trend of bezel-less design, but it’s confirmed the device will come with dual camera setup.
Talking about the Specifications, OnePlus’s upcoming flagship device will pack a Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 chipset. The device will come in 2 variants, 6GB/8GB RAM and 64GB/128GB ROM. The OnePlus 5 will most likely feature a twin 16-megapixel sensor unit for the camera at the back and another 16-megapixel up front for selfie and video calling duties. Both the devices will run on Android 7.1.1 Nougat out of the box.
Because we have to take this rumour with a pinch of salt for now, there’s always the possibility this is just a photoshopped OnePlus 5 design with a OnePlus 5 logo placed over the iPhone 7 Plus image. While we can’t say it this is the OnePlus 5, but it surely looks better than previous leaks with the same old OnePlus design.
